SHIPPING POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: COMING SOON 

 

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.  

 

YOUR ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE?  

 

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address is correct, get in touch with us at [info@saudadeclothingco.com] making sure you quote your order number. We'll see what can be done. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted by the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. 

 

Returns Policies:

 

Please contact us before returning ANY product to us! Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week's time!  

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

 

If you the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

 

UNCLAIMED:

 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. 

 

NOTIFICATION FOR EU CONSUMERS: 

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or personalized, therefore SAUDADE Clothing Company reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
