SHIPPING POLICY

 

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

 

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICIES:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped on average within 3–7 business days of order placement.

  • Business Days: Our standard business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

  • United States: 5–8 business days after fulfillment.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

COMING SOON International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes. Customs policies vary significantly by destination country, and fees are typically determined by localized factors such as package weight, value, and dimensions. SAUDADE Clothing Company, LLC. does not assume liability for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred upon delivery.

 

ORDER NOT RECEIVED?
If your tracking information indicates delivery but your package has not arrived, please complete the following steps:

  1. Verify Your Shipping Information: Review your original invoice or shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address entered was 100% accurate.

  2. Conduct a Local Check: Check with family members, neighbors, or your local postal carrier to see if the package was left in an alternate secure location.

 

Incorrect Address Provided:

 

If the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement shipment to your corrected address; however, the cost of the replacement order and subsequent shipping will be at your expense.

 

Correct Address Provided:

 

If the shipping address is verified as correct and the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact our support team immediately at info@saudadeclothingco.com with your order number. We will investigate the transit issue and assist you with a resolution.

 

RETURNS POLICY

RETURN GUIDELINES:

 

Important Note:

Please contact customer support before initiating any product return.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: Any claims for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective must be submitted to us within 3 weeks (21 days) from the date the product was received.

  • Packages Lost in Transit: For shipments lost during transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks (21 days) after the estimated delivery date.

 

Claims determined to be a result of an error on our part are fully covered at our expense.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

 

Our priority is to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at info@saudadeclothingco.com. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can fast-track your replacement.

 

WRONG ADDRESS:

 

If an insufficient or incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, the shipment will automatically be returned to our facility by the carrier. The customer will be held liable for all secondary reshipment costs once an updated, verified address has been confirmed.

 

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS:

 

Shipments that go unclaimed at their destination or are refused at customs are returned to our facility. The customer will be held liable for the subsequent costs of reshipping the order.

 

EU CONSUMER NOTIFICATION:

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods manufactured to the consumer's specific specifications or clearly personalized. Consequently, for print-on-demand or custom-tailored merchandise, SAUDADE Clothing Company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges at its sole discretion.
